Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Violence

A three-day (24 hour) training program designed for patrol officers, investigators, crime analysts, supervisors and prosecutors who may be called upon to respond to incidents of violence involving Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs and their membership, be involved in the prosecution of OMG members, or to develop plans to prevent violence at gatherings by preplanning for events set to occur within a particular area.
Attendees will receive critical training in all aspects of dealing with outlaw motorcycle gang members and their associates including legal and ethical considerations that should be taken into account during contacts to prevent frivolous lawsuits. In addition initial response to incidents of violence, crime scene processing and subsequent investigation for successful prosecutions, planning for major runs and events, weapons and narcotics concealment techniques and effective ways to conduct traffic stops on large groups will be detailed.
Attendees will also learn how to manage sources inside of Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs by instructors who have been doing it for years. Motorcycle Gang related violence is an almost daily occurrence in the United States and only promises to increase. A great deal of liability exists by not addressing the issue and trying to prevent it form occurring within your jurisdiction. Recognizing the ever-changing landscape of alliances and rivalries is also essential to stay on top of the current turf issues happening across the country. Get equipped with the tools and knowledge to address these issues before they occur.
